You will be given an easy-to-use take-home kit that you can use at your convenience. Within a few days, you will see a visible difference.

First, your teeth will be examined to see if you are suitable for this procedure. If for some reason you are not suitable for this treatment, alternative treatments will be discussed with you.

If teeth whitening is suitable for you, a mould of your teeth will be taken to make a thin, plastic customised tray. You will be shown how to dispense the tooth-whitening gel into the tray and wear the tray over the teeth. Wearing the tray is quite comfortable, simple and inconspicuous.

The tray and gel just needs to be worn for about 30-60 minutes a day?- wear it while watching your favourite TV show! There may be some transient sensitivity to cold water but this can be managed.

It is advisable to return to the clinic for brief reviews to monitor your progress.

For those who want quicker results, in-office teeth whitening can be done.
We use the well-recognised Brite Smile system. You will be able to see the colour of your teeth brightened in about one hour. To help you maintain the results, Brite Smile includes a "brush-on kit" that you can use at your convenience -- at home or on the go.

The in-office procedure involves applying a photo-activated gel directly onto the teeth. As this gel is stronger, your gums and lips will first be protected before the gel is applied.
